Luxi Golf - Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Luxi Golf Pty Ltd, operating in Australia, specializes in premium golf travel packages. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Luxi Golf™, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This applies to both the original purchaser and any subsequent clients.

Amendments to Terms

Luxi Golf may update these Terms at any time, with changes effective for future bookings.

Service Provider Terms

Bookings are subject to additional terms of relevant Service Providers, available upon request.

Role of Luxi Golf

Luxi Golf™ acts as an agent for Service Providers and is not the direct provider of golf, accommodation, or transport services.

Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a specified deposit.

  • Full payment is due 28 days before service commencement.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal (fees apply for PayPal).

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary per Service Provider.

  • Refunds or credits provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for services not rendered.

  • Change of mind cancellations subject to Service Provider terms.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing within 30 days prior to departure.

Pricing

Prices include GST and are subject to change until full payment.

Foreign Currency

Bookings in foreign currency are charged at the exchange rate on the payment day.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Visa and Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and meeting health requirements.

Liability

Luxi Golf’s liability is limited to its role as an agent, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Force Majeure

  • Luxi Golf™ may terminate or modify bookings in the event of Force Majeure.

  • Clients offered a refund or credit minus non-recoverable expenses.

Additional Considerations in Force Majeure Events

  • Assistance with alternative arrangements subject to additional costs.

  • Adherence to government and health advisories for client safety.

  • Clients are responsible for understanding their travel insurance terms.

Data Protection

Client information is handled as per our Privacy Policy, compliant with Australian data protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through negotiation, then mediation, before legal recourse.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law, with disputes subject to Australian courts' jurisdiction.
