Expectations of Conduct

We expect all clients to maintain a high level of respect and decorum throughout their golfing experience.

This includes:

• Respect for Others: Treating fellow golfers, course staff, and Luxi Golf™ team members with courtesy and respect.

• Appropriate Behavior: Ensuring that behaviour on and off the course is appropriate and does not disrupt the enjoyment of others.

• Adherence to Golf Etiquette: Observing the traditional etiquette and rules of golf, which embody the spirit of the game.

Zero Tolerance for Disruptive Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Disrespectful or abusive language.

• Aggressive or threatening behaviour.

• Actions that damage the course, equipment, or facilities.

Consequences of Policy Violation

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal from the course or Luxi Golf™ service.

• Termination of current and future bookings without refund.

• Possible legal action, depending on the severity of the offence.
