Luxi Golf Terms and Conditions

Luxi Golf ("the Business") is a premier membership-based golf networking club, operated by Luxi Golf Pte Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our mission is to connect like-minded golf enthusiasts and business professionals through exclusive golf experiences and networking opportunities.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Contract Formation

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of our services ("Services"). By submitting a membership application, attending events, signing up for newsletters, or clicking "Join," "Buy," "Enter," or similar options, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website, social media channels, and services, you accept and agree to comply with them.

The agreement between you and us ("Contract") is the entire understanding regarding your membership and participation. You acknowledge that no external statements, promises, or representations outside of these Terms have influenced your decision to join.

3. Membership Subscription

Luxi Golf operates on a membership basis with various options available for individuals and corporations. To subscribe:

  • Individual members must be over 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.

  • Corporate memberships require authorized representatives with the necessary authority.

  • Membership subscriptions are subject to our approval.

  • Features of membership plans may be updated from time to time.

  • A completed application form and cleared payment of the membership fee ("Subscription Fee") are required.

  • Members must register for an account ("Account") on our website and provide necessary personal information.

  • Confirmation of your membership will be provided via email ("Subscription Confirmation").

  • Membership is valid for a minimum of 12 months.

  • Members may opt-in or opt-out of auto-renewal. Opting out requires written notice at least three months before the renewal date.

  • Upgrading or changing your membership may involve additional fees and approval at our discretion.

4. Our Services

Our Services include:

  • Exclusive golf networking opportunities.

  • Access to official golf handicaps.

  • Golf competitions, events, clinics, and tours.

  • Corporate sponsorship opportunities.

  • Exclusive member merchandise.

  • An online members' clubhouse.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described but do not guarantee specific outcomes or event dates.

5. Member Policies

We may issue and update member policies from time to time ("Member Policies"). Members must comply with these policies, and failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Specific Membership Terms

Certain membership tiers may include software licensing terms or additional usage conditions. If applicable, we will notify you, and you agree to abide by such terms.

7. Payments and Charges

  • Payments for Services are made in advance.

  • Subscription Fees must be paid at the time of application.

  • Additional event, sponsorship, and merchandise fees may apply.

  • Payment methods include direct debit, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods.

  • If a payment is returned or denied, members are liable for any associated fees.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges.

  • Subscription Fees are subject to change, with new fees taking effect at the start of the next subscription period.

  • GST applies where relevant.

8. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • If a membership application is rejected, a refund will be issued.

  • We may provide a pro-rata refund in limited circumstances at our discretion.

  • Event fees are non-refundable unless the host club issues a refund.

  • Cancellations made within seven days of an event are non-refundable.

9. Conduct and Legal Use

  • Members must use our Services lawfully and respectfully.

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff, members, or guests will not be tolerated.

  • Membership may be terminated immediately if conduct breaches these expectations.

10. Participation in Events and Activities

  • Event registration and payment must be completed at least seven days prior.

  • Members and their guests must comply with event rules, dress codes, and etiquette.

  • Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.

  • Event information may be provided by third-party venues; we do not guarantee its accuracy.

11. Member Responsibilities

Members must:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.

  • Follow all guidelines, rules, and policies issued by Luxi Golf™.

  • Maintain the integrity and reputation of Luxi Golf™.

12. Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify Luxi Golf™ and its representatives against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from breaches of these Terms or their use of Services.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to our Services remains the property of Luxi Golf™. Members are granted a non-exclusive license to use materials provided as part of their membership but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

14. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information to provide Services, process payments, and communicate with members. Details may also be shared with our partners and our group of companies to enhance customer service and improve user experience. Our full privacy policy is available on our website.

15. Liability Limitations

  • Luxi Golf™ provides networking opportunities but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for missed opportunities or unsuccessful networking interactions.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount of Subscription Fees paid in the preceding six months.

16. Confidentiality

Members must not disclose confidential information related to Luxi Golf’s operations, members, or business affairs.

17. Termination

  • Memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment.

  • Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice but are not entitled to a refund.

  • We may terminate memberships for non-payment, breaches of conduct, or reputational harm to Luxi Golf™.

  • Termination does not affect accrued obligations.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions). If disruptions persist for over three months, members may cancel their membership with a pro-rata refund.

19. Non-Solicitation

Members may not solicit Luxi Golf staff for employment during or within 12 months after their membership period.

20. Restraint of Trade

Members must not establish or participate in competing golf networking businesses within Australia during their membership and for up to 36 months after termination.

21. Notices

All communications must be in writing and are deemed received upon hand delivery, postal service confirmation, or email transmission.

22. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued membership and participation constitute acceptance of revised terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in courts within this jurisdiction.

24. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, mediation will be required before legal action can be taken.
