Luxi Golf Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 "Luxi Golf" refers to Luxi International Pte Ltd, a private company registered in Singapore, and any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, and partners involved in delivering the Luxi Golf experience.
1.2 "Member" means any individual, business owner, or corporate representative who has submitted a membership application, been approved by Luxi Golf, completed full or partial payment, and been granted access to member benefits, services, or events.
1.3 "Guest" refers to any non-member individual who attends a Luxi Golf event or accesses member benefits at the invitation, sponsorship, or accompaniment of a Member. Guests are not entitled to Member privileges beyond the duration of their visit unless otherwise stated.
1.4 "Territory" is defined as the geographic regions where Luxi Golf currently operates or intends to operate. This includes, but is not limited to: Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, the United States of America, and Canada.
1.5 "Partner Benefits" refer to value-added services, discounts, or exclusive offers provided to Members by approved third-party vendors, service providers, or brand partners as part of the Luxi Golf membership package.
1.6 "Event" means any organised experience, physical or virtual, facilitated by Luxi Golf. This may include but is not limited to: tournaments, networking breakfasts, keynote sessions, site visits, retreats, charity events, and any official Member gathering.
1.7 "Services" encompass all elements provided under the Luxi Golf brand umbrella, including event access, community platforms, business introductions, learning content, concierge support, brand merchandise, and ongoing communication via digital or physical means.
2. Agreement Scope
2.1 This Agreement governs the entire relationship between Luxi Golf and the Member from the point of application, throughout membership tenure, and upon any renewal or termination.
2.2 The Member acknowledges that by using any part of the Services, submitting payment, or attending events, they are accepting the terms of this Agreement in full and without modification.
3. Term & Renewal
3.1 All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of 12 months from the start date confirmed upon acceptance.
3.2 Memberships renew automatically at the end of the 12-month term unless the Member provides a minimum of 90 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date. Notice must be sent to Luxi Golf via an officially approved communication method (e.g. email to membership@luxigolf.com).
3.3 Payment options include:
• Annual upfront payment at a discounted rate
• Monthly instalments, subject to approval and processing fees
• Alternative approved arrangements, to be agreed in writing in advance
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
4. Eligibility & Approval
4.1 All applications to Luxi Golf are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Luxi Golf reserves the right to approve, reject, or waitlist applications at its sole discretion and is not required to provide justification.
4.2 Approval is contingent upon the Member agreeing to this Agreement and maintaining professional conduct aligned with Luxi Golf’s values throughout their membership.
4.3 Luxi Golf reserves the right to revoke membership if material misrepresentation is discovered during or after the application process.
5. Services
5.1 Membership entitles individuals to access exclusive events, a premium network of high-performance business leaders, curated introductions, concierge services, and other benefits as outlined in marketing materials or direct communications.
5.2 While Luxi Golf facilitates business networking, introductions, and opportunities, no guarantee is made regarding business deals, financial outcomes, personal benefits, or return on investment.
6. Conduct
6.1 Members are expected to uphold Luxi Golf’s guiding values, which include:
• Integrity – acting ethically and with discretion
• Professionalism – demonstrating respect at all times
• Performance – contributing to the community in a meaningful way
6.2 Behaviour that may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or termination includes but is not limited to:
• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Intoxication, reckless behaviour, or illegal conduct at events
• Slander, libel, or reputational damage to Luxi Golf or its members
Luxi Golf operates a No Dickheads Policy™ — this is strictly enforced.
7. Guests
7.1 Members may invite guests to select events with prior written approval from Luxi Golf. Guest numbers may be limited per event or by membership tier.
7.2 The inviting Member is fully responsible for ensuring their guest’s behaviour aligns with the expectations of the group and for any physical or reputational damage caused.
7.3 Guests are not permitted to use Member privileges outside the context of the event attended and may not attend other events unless explicitly approved.
8. Use of Partner Benefits
8.1 Partner benefits are non-transferable, may be subject to blackout dates, expiration, and vendor-specific terms. Use constitutes agreement to those additional terms.
8.2 Abuse includes:
• Sharing benefit access with non-members
• Attempting to resell or exploit discounts commercially
• Misrepresenting one’s membership status to a partner
Violation of this section will result in permanent membership revocation and potential legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All Luxi Golf content — including branding, frameworks, member materials, event structures, and proprietary methodologies — is protected under international copyright and trademark law.
9.2 Members may not record, distribute, copy, or reproduce any content or concepts presented at Luxi Golf events without express written permission.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Members are expected to treat all internal communications, strategic insights, and personal information of other Members as strictly confidential.
10.2 This includes but is not limited to:
• Event discussions and session content
• Shared business information
• Member contact lists and introductions
Breach of this clause will result in immediate expulsion and possible legal action.
11. Commercial Restrictions
11.1 Members may not use the Luxi Golf network or events to sell products, pitch services, or pursue commercial gain without written consent from Luxi Golf.
11.2 Cold-pitching, spamming, or attempting to harvest leads from events or communications is expressly forbidden.
12. Event Terms
12.1 All event registrations must be completed no later than 7 calendar days prior to the event date unless otherwise stated.
12.2 Events proceed regardless of weather conditions. Refunds are not offered unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Luxi Golf.
12.3 Members who fail to attend without notice may be barred from future events or charged a no-show fee.
13. Termination
13.1 Luxi Golf reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time, without cause, via written notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to conduct breaches, payment default, or conflict of interest.
13.2 In the event of termination by Luxi Golf, no refunds will be provided. The same applies if a Member voluntarily terminates prior to the end of their agreed term.
13.3 Memberships are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual or entity.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Any claim valued under SGD $1,000 (or local currency equivalent) will not proceed to formal dispute resolution and shall be considered final upon written response from Luxi Golf.
14.2 For disputes exceeding this threshold, Members agree to pursue confidential mediation in Singapore before initiating any legal proceedings.
14.3 This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore unless otherwise mandated by local consumer law in the Member’s jurisdiction.
15. Restraint of Trade
15.1 By agreeing to this contract, Members and guests commit not to:
• Launch, consult, or advise any competing golf-based networking or business club within the Territory.
• Poach or solicit Luxi Golf members, sponsors, or partners for competing purposes.
This restriction lasts:
• Members: for 36 months after their membership ends
• Guests: for 24 months after attending an event
15.2 Breach of this restraint may result in injunctive relief and damages.
16. Media Consent
16.1 By attending events, Members consent to being photographed or recorded. Luxi Golf reserves the right to use such material for promotional and editorial use across digital and print platforms.
16.2 Members may opt out of media inclusion by submitting a formal request in writing before the event in question.
17. Indemnity
17.1 The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxi Golf, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, costs, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in Services or events.
17.2 This includes, but is not limited to: injury, property damage, third-party disputes, or reputational harm caused by the Member or their guest.
18. Limitation of Liability
18.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxi Golf’s liability is capped at the amount paid by the Member in the six (6) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
18.2 Luxi Golf is not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational damage.
19. Severability & Survival
19.1 If any section or clause of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in effect without interruption.
19.2 Obligations under the sections titled Confidentiality, Restraint of Trade, Indemnity, and IP Rights shall survive the termination of membership indefinitely.
20. Entire Agreement
20.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements, representations, or discussions.
20.2 Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Luxi Golf.
21. Membership Transfers
21.1 Transfer Eligibility
A Member may request to transfer their membership to another individual or organisation once per membership term, subject to Luxi Golf’s approval. The proposed transferee must:
• Complete a membership application;
• Meet all eligibility criteria; and
• Pass a values and conduct assessment conducted by Luxi Golf.
21.2 Transfer Fee
A one-time Transfer Fee of SGD $500 (or local equivalent) is payable upon approval of the transfer request. This fee covers administrative processing and vetting costs. This amount may be adjusted at Luxi Golf's discretion.
21.3 Transfer Restrictions
Transfers will not be approved if:
• The proposed transferee does not align with Luxi Golf’s values;
• The transferring Member is under investigation for breach of conduct;
• The request occurs within the final 60 days of the membership term.
21.4 Effect of Transfer
Upon approval and payment of the fee, the transferee shall assume all rights and obligations of the original Member for the remainder of the membership term. The original Member shall forfeit all access and benefits effective immediately upon transfer.
21.5 No Refunds
No refund or credit will be issued to the original Member for unused time or benefits upon transfer.
By submitting payment, registering for an event, or using Luxi Golf Services, you confirm your full acceptance of this Agreement.
